Bots in Ranked

Okay so just a quick question... Is there bots in Ranked ?

Because I refuse to believe some players do the things they do.

Player 40 damage in final circle, player standing in front of an open door no shield up after being downed not moving to cover, octane players pushing fights while being on one health ...

Anyone?
