@actualbroIt's been like that for all legends since S2. Wattson, Horizon, Rampart and Fuse's ultimates won't change because of the skin. I do wish that they would change according to your skin though.
One of the Gibby perks is that the shield changes with each skin and you can inspect it using the heirloom.

(Sorry, i hate that skin and i don't get it when people waste money on c**p)- @HogynDrwg good input champ, plus im not poor so im not phased about money - just wouldve spent the 2400 blue on something else.
