@Anjunakrokus To clarify, do you want shadow form, longer than double? (I’ve put in double the timer already) For balancing, I thought having the slower revive speed of a shadow reviving in shadow royale would be good. The revive in shadow royale has the shadow standing up, and basically still, I think this is enough of a balance for rev’s ult. I wouldn’t get rid of the loba type boom that radiates. Let me know if you have any other balances, as this is all I can think of doing, while still keeping it true to shadows.
Missed the twice as long, my bad. That's even more of a time increase than I'd argue for (increase from 25 to 40 seconds).

As for the proposed Rampart passive buff. Either the increased mag or the reload speed buff is probably too much for SMGs, ARs, Pistols and Shotguns.
Just the reload speed buff applied to an SMG is probably too strong. Same for the increased mag size.
If anything I'd only apply it to LMGs, Snipers and Marksman (and other new weapons with terrible ADS speed) OR keep it applied to LMGs, but make the effect impactful during the entire fight (by increasing accuracy and handling).
Or completely revamp the entire passive from scratch
