@blkarmphoenix I'd go for kills / hour combined with some conditions of minimum number of kills (total or per game), kill/death ratio, level or player frequency.
Explanation:
The most sought after and rewarding thing in Apex is to get a kill. If a player doesn't get them often, he loses drive and builds frustration, so the matchmaking should then put that player in an easier match once his k/h average drops below a certain value. This way, the player has the chance of rebuilding his confidence and invest more in the game.
Also, the kill/ hour ratio can be useful at separating players that are more conservative from those who drop hot seeking for instant action. These 2 types hardly work together as a team, if ever.
