Can I Post on Behalf of My Friends?

Hi everyone,

I have quite a few friends who play Apex Legends together, and most of them are Chinese players. Since English isn't our first language, some of them aren't comfortable posting on the forums themselves.

Would it be okay if I post questions or bug reports on their behalf when they need help? If more information is needed, I can always ask them and provide any additional details.

Of course! You're more than welcome to post on behalf of your friends, and we're always happy to help.

If you do post for someone else, just be mindful not to share any personal information on the public forums. If we ever need additional details to help troubleshoot an issue, we can always ask for them.

We also have a Simplified Chinese Community on Steam, where you can find me as well.
If it's more convenient, your friends are welcome to seek help there in Chinese. At the moment, the EA Forums don't support Simplified Chinese, so the Steam community may be a more comfortable option for them.

While I can't promise that every individual post will be reviewed directly by the development team, constructive feedback and common trends shared by the community are valuable, and we do our best to make sure important topics are visible to the appropriate teams.

Yes, I noticed that there's a Simplified Chinese community on Steam, and I really appreciate that it's available. However, for players in mainland China, it's often not very convenient because the Steam Discussion Boards aren't always easily accessible. In many cases, players need a VPN just to view, post, or reply there.
