Text chat reporting system leaves a lot to be desired

I just returned from a match in which our random typed "F-in Stupid" to us in the text chat (typed in full, nat abbreviated as i just did to avoid swear filter). I immediately received an automated email that this was not found to violate the TOS and no action would be taken.

What does someone have to type in text chat in order to face any consequences??

By the way, long time no see to those who I have made friends with over the years as well as welcome to those who are newer. I'm sorry for disappearing but I found that regular participation on this forum was bad for my mental health.
The new site looks great!
