Can't buy anniversary event pack

When I hop in the store for the event, I see Purchase pack (1 or 10) greyed out, cannot click it.
There is also nothing showing on Special Offers for the event.

Hey @MadieMajor,

The event showed up in-game a little before it actually went live, so there was a short period where the packs were not available to purchase. Sorry for the confusion!

That should be working normally now that the event itself is live, so just let us know if you're still running into trouble with this.

Had this issue too before leaving for work. Kinda glad I did because now I would be submitting a ticket for the refund since they just patched the crafting metal reduction about 30 mintues ago. @EA_Kent is this your department?

Hello there, i have the problem, that even when i waited over 2 hours, i cant buy any pack at all ,not even the normal ones. To be more specific, the packs are fully launched and yet i dont even have the option to click on the packs, and the ,, 1 pack or 10 pack,, purchase buttons wont even show up and in the Shop to buy the set pack (like wattson skin and 7 other packs,, are shown for me as ,,unavailable,, . I already bought 2 epic skins with crafting material , is there any chance im not the only one with that issue ?
