Can't Keep Up With Rift Relics Anymore ...

I genuinely can't keep up with the changes with rift relics. Every day it seems something different is happening. The Nessies seem to have vanished. The EPG is now super-rare replaced by the genuinely useless throwing knife. I picked a relic up yesterday and suddenly I could phase shift backwards. There's the one where you bleed smoke. And my squad got one yesterday which acted like a genuine RT radar for enemies.

I can understand keeping the game fresh, but Apex now is so far removed from Apex at its peak it's not wonder people are deserting in droves. It's just a very confusing game. It's almost becoming the EVE of FPSs in complexity.

The core of Apex is you loot and then you shoot. Personally, I don't enjoy taking time out to hunt down stuff that will boost my shields just so I can compete.

Apex Legends WIki hasn't even been updated to include the current season or Alter. Says it all, really.
