If you're unable to use these steps to unlink a platform, the only other option would be to go through support.
They would need to be able to verify the owner of the account before making any changes, including removing linked accounts. I'm afraid that's not something we can go through on the forums, but you're welcome to reach back out to support if you need to try recovering the account again.
