Cant write any further mails or access the chat support

Hi guys,

I'm missing a PK reactive skin and the EA Play rewards from 2023. I always paid for my subscribtion and yesterday

I was asked to upload the proofs of the subscription receipt. I uploaded it and since them I cant write any further e mails or access the chat support...

They dont message me back or anything..

Can somebody help me with this? Or will EA just not help me with this? :D

Really sad, that they treat their community like this..

@dormis1992 You can try contacting them again, but using a second email instead and see what is going on.
I don't know why they would stop contacting you or prevent you from contacting them so try what I have mentioned above and find out what is going on.
