Case was closed, live chat option has disappeared

Hello,

Live chat has disappeared from help desk. I've created a ticket, talked to an adviser about linking PSN account, he told me that my case will be redirected to a team that helps me out with that. 4 days left - case was closed, nothing happened, no live * option anymore. What's happening?

  • My experience:

    EA tends to ignore or close cases for which they have no answer. Or topics that are unpopular, e.g. the cheater or server issues.


    I suspect they either didn't want to take a closer look at your case (because it's complicated) or didn't know the answer.

    So sometimes ignoring a case or a complaint is simpler than entering into a dialogue with the customer.

    They know: People continue playing this game anyway and the frustration is gone at some point.

    I have opened so many posts on topics that are really problematic in Apex. Most of them were ignored - probably hoping that I would lose interest in following them.
