Caustic / Gibby take more damage now?

@TheImmortalEnt they changed the way shields work overall in this seasons patch. I don't believe they've touched Gibby or Caustic's 15% damage reduction perk.

If you haven't read the patch notes, here's the shield change rundown:

Everyone spawns in with an EVO shield, but they're empty, and requires 50 damage in order for it to give you 25 shield. All normal shields have been removed, it's only EVO shields from now on, and you can find different level EVO shields on the floor still. Shield levels across the board have been reduced by 25 total HP, so now white armor gives you 25 shield, blue gives you 50, purple and gold 75, and red 100. Total damage required per level has also been reduced. 

In addition, 45 crafting materials will allow you to put 100 damage onto your EVO shield, reducing the amount of actual damage you need to do. So if there's no one around to get damage from on drop, you can run to a replicator and upgrade your shield there.
