Caustic needs a serious rework

Caustic has been neglected for ages.  One of the longest ult recharge times, gas nerfed and people often don't care if they are in it or not and massive hit box.  I mained him for years and have 7,500+ kills but I dont' play him anymore as he does not seem viable.  Really disappointing.  Really tired of the "pros" and "shoot shoot shoot" players complaining and getting characters like him nerfed because they don't like it and can't adapt so people like us playing him get an inferior character.
