Caustic needs a serious rework

Caustic was 1 one of my first legends to learn. Queuing Solo, his traps were my teammates! When want to play dirty or fed up! I get Caustic but over the years, I felt like a cheat code. I veered off from using him, simply b/c the community was uphauled at a time about using him "Ughh Stinky Boy", he was honestly OP! Same as Mirage when you would disappear hitting that Ult. I've seen community tourneys BAN from using Mirage from pick.
Caustic imo is still OP. Top 3 legends any situation imo. There's no other legend like him. but yeah, he's still not as powerful as before. What I'm saying is I don't feel as dominate as before but is that, so I don't know if it's balanced or need rework. But I do think it's time for something different or cool is needed to make a refresh (rework).
