Change bags please, main storage and grenade storage pls.

WTB bag change.

Today you mix and match grenade, ammo and healing ++ Good base idea but because we have Care Package, someone can have two weapons and then fill that bag with grenades, and for fuse twise as much. I been in fights where I got 10+ grenades from 1 guy, which is just too much.

I wish a white bag had 1 grenade slot, blue 2 grenade slots and purple+gold 3 grenade slot, also base legend has 1 grenade slot that way if you have a purple or gold backpack you can have 4 grenades. For ammo and healing it would be the same as now.

I think this would be a good change in general both for balancing a bit out and to help newbies to actually use grenades :D Meeting to many full carepackageweapon grenade launchers these days so it would be nice to get some sort of balancing change like this

    I take it you havent met a fuse with alterator, spitfire and 20 grenades yet. I actually meet them quite often, and in last circle its devestating.

    Its not the start of the game that is a problem, my problem is when they get everything and they have everything, the supply drop weapons ruin the "grenade" balance they added a while back, so now the people with supply drop weapons use the old greenade meta, being fuse or not. This is a problem in my eyes. I know if I pick up an alternater or spitfire I make sure to pick up 4-5 gremades to boot myself, I have no problems hitting people with frags, event if they have trails, check youtube there are some awsome guide on how to make frags extremely deadly even for preds.

  • @Zkepz No thanks. They already took away the 2 grenades in a slot that every character had. I don't need more limits. If I choose to carry an extra grenade over a heal or ammo stack that is my choice.

    I don't want this game to become like Warzone where you are limited on everything you carry.
  • There is deliberation behind these decisions.  Jay Biebs has mentioned the decision not to make a backpack part of the starter kit more than once.  At start of game, inventory decisions are meant to be difficult.  The choice later of whether to carry another grenade or a stack of batteries is meant to be difficult, with potential consequences for choosing incorrectly.

    Also, frankly, I rarely take grenade damage (and I suck, at least at shooting. I am told that my movement and tactics are good sometimes, so maybe not there).

    When you do take grenade damage it's because:

    • You are not paying attention to indicators (unlike real life you know when one landed near you)
    • You decided to bunker down with no escape route -OR-
    • You decided to bunker down, but in addition to grenades they were laying down suppressing fire that you should have risked (in most cases, suppressing fire will hurt less than grenades) instead of taking the grenade damage.
    • They actually stuck the Arc Star to me, which is totally to their credit and my dumb self not being in partial cover to dodge it.

    If you're dying to Fuse grenades a lot, it's because you are bunkered with no room to maneuver, and he can unload on you. A BR is not the game type where you want to put your back to a wall with no way out.
