Change lava design

@Sir_Named  If i'm playing with randoms that chance is zero rofl, but honestly speaking i do look for every grenade and gun fired, I play a sniper role mostly, it's very rare i don't have high ground so i'm always scanning for every shot and explosion looking to add pressure to both sides on that fight. A lot of players play like this especially in fragment due to the fact there's so many high buildings with vantage points.

I shared my grenade ragdoll point from personal experience, its happened a couple of times and i haven't  survived once lol. 😛
