I change from PS4 to Xbox but before the change I was part of a club on PS4 but now on xbox I can't get into/leave the club.
When I go to the clubs page it just says "This EA Account is already in a club".
Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this problem on my Xbox?

This is on our radar, but I'm afraid the only way to fix this currently is to sign back into your PSN account and leave the club there.
If you don't have access to your PS4 anymore you may need to try something along the lines of logging into your account on a friend's PS4 to leave the club.
