Charge Rifle is legitimately ruining the game

@Wingmannedbro I agree. The "nerf" didn't do nearly enough. Making it take 1 less shot, and require you to hold more ammo isn't what it needed. You only need one stack of energy ammo anyway, and a one shot difference isn't much. The damage fall off change wasn't enough, it should take effect closer than 250 meters.

Changes that would actually be helpful; make it not hitscan, or make it so it charges and only fires one shot instead of having a continuous line while charging, more similar to the havoc. Having the solid line to track with makes it too easy to hit your fully charged hitscan shot.
