Cheaters can change name mid game

Which is why it's a good thing you can report people in game now. Doesn't matter if they change names ten times a match. Respawn tracks the kind of information so they'll still be banned. I've yet to see a game that doesn't keep track of account names. Otherwise you could do some real shady * and get away with it all the time.
