I was still playing Apex Legends at 10:00 PM last night. However, when I tried to log in at noon today, a ban pop‑up appeared. I can still enter the game lobby and ready up for matches, but the pop‑up reappears after a short while, and this cycle repeats continuously.
Furthermore, I have checked my ban history and there are no records of any penalties. I have not received any emails from EA staff informing me that my account has been banned. I have received no notifications and found no records whatsoever, yet the game keeps indicating that I am banned.
If I have violated the user agreement, please inform me truthfully and send the details via email. I will provide evidence to prove that I am a legitimate player. If I have not violated any terms, please lift the login restriction on my account. Thank you.
I am posting this discussion hoping someone can help me resolve my issue. I do not want to be banned without knowing the reason.
