Code:net represents a group of errors which can affect your connection to the server (net comes from network, obviously). One of this errors was an account related issue, which only happened to a certain group of players, but was serious enough to last for several weeks. Those will most certainly receive some sort of compensation, probably depending on the duration of being unable to play. Most other people get this message because of other errors that are not related to servers, account or game code, these would probably not get any compensation.
@Jakerson2 threats are disrespectful and you don't really have the right to demand anything. Problem could be on your end or on the network, unrelated to the account bug they are working to solve. Also, nobody can guarantee 100% uptime and it's completely their call to decide if and to whom they give compensation.
