After hearing what is going on between devs and the community of the players this is one thing I would like to say. For one the devs are right people now are spoiled this is a free game to play they have to make money some how in order to keep putting out content. Two the price needs to be lowered or even charge us with a monthly fee for the ones willing to pay but within reason don't be a Blizzard 14.99 a month is to much for new content every three months or so. I would be willing to pay some where around 5-10 dollars a month and knowing how players are if you can get content for winning or make the top 3 in the match get a chance at a prize from that robot at the end that works. For instance the winners will get three items random 2nd place gets 2 and third get 1 I would be fine with that and the chance for random epic loot would be amazing. That's me though just listen to the ones that not only play your game but work as well I want to feel like my money is being spent well. Thank you.

I love this whole referring to people as "kids" to demean them in a weak attempt to enforce ones own point, kind of ironic how immature it makes the user sound.The issue wasn't that you had to pay it was the amount. Respawn acknowledged this and frankly there's no point speculating on who's right or wrong as a result.To those happy to spend large amounts of cash on the game...by all means do your thing nobody is stopping you, but you shouldn't expect everyone else to want to do the same.On the flipside the demanding of free skins constantly is unreasonable too.There needs to be a healthy balance and i'm hoping that's what respawn achieve going forward.

@MandatoryIDtag Agreed.I get it that some skins should be rare and NOT attainable by everybody. I don't believe that everything should be handed out to everybody, or make everything to easy to attain, but how they structured IC is wrong and is kind of a slap in the face to a large chunk of the players (who are not spending as much as others.... me included).Some skins should be rare and stay that way. I'm all in favour of that. If you want BH heirloom and charge £35.00 for it fine, but I don't want that locked behind a further 22 other items which have to be bought.If the other skins were unlockable through gameplay but the time frame makes it difficult for most players to unlock EVERYTHING, that's fine, but at least give the players the opportunity to try. No loot boxes, just a scale of what's needed to acquire the skin(s) of your choice be that challenges or levels. i.e what skin are you after.... then do this challenge to get it.... People could then focus their gameplay to get what they want.The Heirloom could remain as an unlock for the total completion of all the I.C content. A slightly different coloured Heirloom for those who want to purchase it outright without doing all the challenges... They could price this one item higher because it's rare, but it'd be x1 payment for x1 item. The prestige would be in the unlocked one as this would be earned. Gold for the earned and a silver for purchased.This is just an idea I've had on the fly, so please don't pick it apart if I've overlooked anything lol. Suggestions or improvements to the idea are welcome though 🙂Just to underline my point that some things should be rare and not gettable for everyone, but not to hold players to ransom over. This is why I think rare items should be gameplay related imo.

All I can do is give suggestions just like everyone else. I do agree that respawn needed to be a little more professional about their reaction but everyone slips up we are all human after all.

@budzai you sound like a snob and attempting to talk with you any further will only result in the same mule responses.Have an open mind and think outside those thick walls inside your head. Fortnite was nothing and became something and when they did, they added in skins for players to purchase so they can get more revenue and those skins were prices in a way everyone could buy them.Apex did the opposite, they went towards the path of earning a lot of money in a short time rather than make more over the long run.But again, you are too stubborn to think differently. As you say, "have a nice life", 'kid'.

You clearly have never owned a company. Do you think if you sat in a McDonalds every day for 5 hours never spending a dime and then the owner came up to you and you said to him "Me sitting here using your bathrooms and water fountain adds a lot of value to McDonald's so I deserve a free menu item of my choice" that he would agree? And to say people are paying money for items in Warplane because they want to support the devs? No, its because they want instant gratification and don't want to grind it out they would rather buy it right now. If you think people are shelling out money because they love devs they have never met you are crazy.

Pretzel complains about something and then when you disagree Blockhead says you are close minded and ignorant for not agreeing with their point. @Wreck_It_Lopers McDonald's and videogames are two different subjects entirely and shouldn't be compared. But to emphasize my point about playtime, aside from reviews what's the first thing you would check when deciding on whether or not you want to try out a new game? How active it's community is or in other words, playtime.

Also agreeing with someone frequently doesn't mean there's a secret agenda where we're actively trying to gang up on others or something, it just means we have similar mentalities, just like you agree with budzai's point of view. Either hold a meaningful discussion or agree to disagree and move on, there's no reason to get hostile towards eachother over things we can't even control or influence in the end

I or anyone else in the community is asking for free items. We just want things to be reasonable and within reach. Not in the distance where only whales can get it.

Considering your responses to many things on the forums, you do not put much thought into what you post. Which is OK I guess.

The only way to make this game Dev and gamers happy will be but compromise. I'm willing to make it more rewarding by rewarding the top 3 teams and maybe a monthly fee within reason. How many can agree on that?

If you are suggesting a monthly fee to play the game, you lost your mind. No game should ever charge a monthly fee for anything. They should just sell BP and charge their skins at reasonable prices, Hell i'd buy 5 skins right now if they were under $10. That's $50 right there.

@iBlockHead if it's a free to play game and you want to cry about getting skins you are playing the wrong game. Devs need ways to earn money to develop the game further. Or is that too hard to comprehend. A small monthly fee for cheaper skins and extra loot for getting in the top three is not a bad compromise which is the key word. Only kids have issues with earning anything that's why the devs said what they said about being spoiled little brats putting it nicely.

@UnForgivenkills No one on this thread is crying about having to pay for skins. You seem to read only what you want. Not very good when trying to make an argument.

Anyways, Devs make their money through BP and skins they put out. That is fine, I have bought loot ticks myself in hopes for more legendary items.

To suggest they add a monthly subscription is the same as putting a BP. However now they have to price their items lower and thus make less money in the long run if people buy the skins on discount. Discount subscription such as what you want bank on the idea you forget to use it or rarely do.

Also I'm not a kid and money is not an issue for me. Say your car needed repairs, Repair shop A quotes you $100, Repair shop B quotes you $50. Both offer the same service but one is priced more for no real reason, thus it will not attract many people and later die off. Same with this game, I have put more money into fortnite because they know how to price skins and other cosmetics where EA just wants to make a quick buck by having you pay 2x-3x more for a simple skin and most of us are not fans of it.

There are many ways to earn money, suggest something that is actually thought out and did not just pop into your head for a second.
