Thanks for all the responses guy. So I’m assuming to just go back to going without the Kontrolfreek the way I use to play or is there any viability to actual using it for console players ?
I’m playing on 22 inch monitor . I know people swear by higher fov but right now I’ve been constantly switching back and forth between 90-96 and 100. Is the higher fov the way to go ?
I have a new controller by the way so not getting any drifting of the sort. Between classic and steady which would be better for twitchy aiming at times? Hesitant to use advanced look options because it just seems like it could over complicate things for me even more which is the problem i think I’m having right now where im overthinking my aiming.
I'm using Kontrolfreek Vortex.
Height: 11,3mm but i'd also like 8mm 9mm or 10mm because mine is too high.
I think Daltoosh pro and Staycation use 10mm. I don't know about Zeus.
Response Curve: Classic
Look Deadzone: Small
L2/R2 or LT/RT Trigger Deadzones: None
I prefer none to shoot fast.
I don't want any delay especially with Longbow or Wingman.
If you don't like None then set it to Default.
Your monitor is small so i'd suggest
FoV: 90
If it's difficult to see enemies then decrease it to 84-86 for more zoom.
I have 23 inch monitor and i don't like playing more than 90.
Set it to whatever you like.
You can try Look Deadzone: None
That's what Wingmannedbro suggests without messing with Advanced Controls but unfortunately my aim drifts and i also don't like such quick small movements. I think i lose my targets.
Also not good for twitchy aim.
For twitchy aim i would use response curve steady it's good but i don't know Daltoosh, Staycation most people use Classic and they are good!
Steady is fine but according to videos they say you'll be slower. I don't know i might try steady again sometime.
Play and find your best settings. 😉

So regarding the whole FoV thing here's my question.
When you alter your FoV the game warns you that it may cause visual issues. Just wondering if anybody can shed light on what these "issues" actually are?

It gives a wide angle lens effect, enemies to the right and left of where you are looking may appear to be further to the right/left than they really are.

@Wingmannedbro awesome, thanks bud.
Definitely a fair trade off for a wider field of view.
