I've played both and to be completely honest it's easier on PC. The fine control makes ranged engagement incomparable to controller. The aim assist I've found is actually more detrimental than helpful as it causes pulling on unintended targets. It's really only "broken" when you are within 20 meters and in a 1v1 situation. I personally choose to play with PC settings as it helps mitigate the unnecessary pulling and makes fights easier to manage during late game scenarios. It's really the only thing controller players have as well. PC has infinitely more freedom when it comes to things like movement, Frame rate, and key bindings. Can't complain about aim assist when it's scenario specific and PC players can actively abuse movement to quite literally run circles around a controller player.
Keybindings are irrelevant, as you could simply allow controller players to have more tools to keybind, you can already get foot pedals and you already have controllers with several extra buttons. Movement is proven false, bar a few things roller players can do nearly everything pc can, look it up instead of just regurgitating the same false narratives.
Again look at the stats 10.000 players, high level custom apex 1v1 arenas that are medium to close range with encompasses nearly ALL important game winning battles and roller is 23% more accurate, its a massive difference and that is WITH pc "Movement" advantage. You should really just not make your opinion known, when you quite simply and fundamentally have no idea what the reality is.
