Crossplay isn't working
Me and My friends cant get crossplay to work. They are on PS4 and I'm on PC. We've tried typing in the names multiple different times with no luck. Does anyone know how to help?

OK. But you didn't have an issue where you weren't even able to add friends? Because none of us can add each other and can't figure out why we are having so much trouble.
I added a bit to my first post, but nothing ground-breaking.
Yes, I had no problem finding the PC account I was trying to add. I'm going to tag a couple forum members who I know are more familiar with this topic.

@daboss9090 first suggestion is y'all check your privacy settings. This could be ya issue. .
My second suggestion is you ask one of the other two @pandareno1999 mentioned, as that's all I've got. XD

@Cheese9Man @hayhor Sorry to bother y'all but is there anything else that we should try? I've read a couple other forums of people having the same issue but have not come up with a solution yet.
- @daboss9090 Everyone go to your ea account, go to privacy and basically set everything to open or able to find and play with other ppl.
That should do the trick. Also check your platform privacy settings. This has very lil to do with finding others on a particular game but can be a crux when crosstalking. - @daboss9090 Sorry just saw this.
It likely is your EA privacy settings as rich man with all consoles said.
Go here and it should give you directions on how to change them. They dont default to on. I had the same issue.
