Dec 3rd Patch discussion thread.

Please remove the abandonment penalty from ranked because people, including myself shouldn't have to sit and watch as the final team-mate that is in a total different area on the map because a penalty stands in my way for having fun i liked ranked when it first came out because there was no consequence, no penalties at all then because of people boosting we got a penalty system i don't like when people boost other games handle things very different but because of this lovely penalty i'm waiting almost a whole hour tojust get back to playing one of my favorite games that is ruined by a penalty system similar to call of duty's ranked mode, also to rainbow six's ranked mode only difference was that in those games you would still be able to play normal matches (non-ranked matches) but on apex the abandonment penalty goes for every game mode including training and firing range please either remove abandonment penalty entirely or make so players who get the abandonment penalty can at least play all other modes instead of not being able to play and if you are so worried that people would boost then fix the problem instead of making more of one
