Did not receive Ultimate Battle Pass from Xbox gifting
On March 2nd I gave my friend the ultimate battle pass + through the Xbox Store, he received the code to redeem it which he did, and then he did NOT receive any reward, no skins, no coins or apex packs. Being a gift, Microsoft tells me that they cannot refund it, and the EA help chat tells me that it was my mistake since it cannot be gifted, in season 23 I gave this pass without any problem. In addition to the fact, it is an OFFICIAL product that is still in the store and nowhere does it say that it cannot be gifted.
What I am now asking for is a solution, either to give the Battle Pass to my friend, give me my money back or give the equivalent in Apex coins to my friend. PLEASE HELP.
