Sadly I have to agree with everything you said. But the 90% no answers are not even a thing if the average player says "no" and then immediately re-queues. At some point they'll get the data that shows 90% of "no" responders log off the game after that match, and then don't log on again for two weeks. THAT'S what will get their attention.
Yup for sure - the best power / vote we have is with out wallets (for those who spend money on the game) and activity time in game (to increase or decrease probably the most important metric of the game - active player count).
