You can mute that player. You can also mute the party during the legend selection screen.

@AcidicSoda44031 You can actually mute players at any time in the game when you look at your squad (option to view squad somewhere).

It's usually pretty obvious during the legend selection screen who is going to go on mute.  I like to use a mic but too many people have their crap music in the background, the TV on, their child making tons of noise, etc.  Nobody wants to hear that.  If it's you, just turn the mic off.

Then there are the squeakers... lol.

@HogynDrwg It is quite easy to mute the people that are awful. Like I said, you'll never meet random people that you become playing with if your always muting everyone. I mean I play with a funny guy from Nigeria now. Never would have happened if I muted everyone.
  • @HogynDrwg  managed to get a dub playing with two German guys who didn't speak a word of English, I was having to make call outs in broken German lmao. They were super cool about it though, and for the most part it worked quite well. XD

It was one of those full comms games with randoms that was a really positive experience despite the language barrier , shame we don't have more of those lol.

Will admit though I've never heard ach mein gott!! Shouted so many times in 15 minutes. XD

@RockDokRockI guess I view being able to hear others as how I meet more people to play with. Many people I play with now are people that had mics and communicated the first time we played. While it is rare it does help gain playing partners.

This is also when I tell you that people that claim they have no one to play with do it to themselves.

@hayhor Don't disagree.  Only use this when playing with him.  Open mic usually otherwise.  Whether it stays that way is on game by game basis.
