Do any devs actually play the game?

I swear to god if any dev actually played this game they'd see how bad the cheating is right now. Like are you kidding me? I saw a level 20 get 40 kills the other day...when are you guys going to stop just banning people so they make new accounts and actually get rid of people permanently
