I just finished a game in ranked in which my one teammate was a defensive character. The character put up zero fences and responded to nothing I suggested. The character did not pick up a level 2 body shield I pinged and ran around outside the building when 2 squads were attacking. After the game I was going to send a message but the character for last squad didn’t appear. Then I went into recently played with in the Xbox board and they did not appear there either.

@PatrickWSwayzeAbaddon is correct. I have seen this occasionally in the lower skill lobbies or low ranks of ranked. It’s almost always a kid, occasionally it’s a player who’s just starting.When it comes to identifying them through your xbox.. Their parents often put heavy restrictions on who can contact them and communicate with them.When it’s new player. They are often overwhelmed. Experienced players can loot extremely fast. So fast that new players can’t keep up. They don’t know how to dibs, they don’t know how to prioritize loot and numerous other things.this leads to a ton of missed loot.

@OldTreeCreeper If someone bypasses a blue shield they are likely running an evo shield but you cannot tell because the game shows you they have two white bars instead of one.

Hello there, @PatrickWSwayze.Some players aren't much older than ten, where they will run around trying to understand what it is they're expected to do on Apex Legends.Often, they either don't have the talent to play, or they're too young to understand. Bots are nonexistent in Apex, so you must have been unfortunately paired up with an incompetent player.Hope this helps.V/RAbaddon_Nine

@OldTreeCreeper bot lobbies = Low skill lobbies. They think the low skill lobbies are full of bots. Bots being a computer that have some basic game movement and play but that’s it. Sort of like the dummies in the firing range.I don’t think they have bots in low skill lobbies. It’s just kids or new players. I’ve seen noobs who an experienced player would write off as a bot, especially when they have no mic. But the player is just overwhelmed with pinged loot and loot in general. So they either ignore pinged loot or don’t know what to listen for. They also often have really bad movement, walk around in the open, not rotate the map in a smart way and so on. I was guilty of this when I started.I also did other bone head things. Revive a downed teammate, hit my bloodhound ult and rush a full squad solo before they could even heal. I had no idea what I was doing.

@DarthValtrex lol I still do bonehead things.I main as Wraith so much that when forced to play my 2nd or 3rd pick, Octane or Path, in a tight melee spot I'll expect them to enter the void when using their ult and be surprised, then dead when they dont! 😃

@MandatoryIDtag I have bumped an evo from white to red when it was just top 5. It’s situational and not terribly hard to push it up to purple. I base it off of where final ring will be and our positioning. If I have a sniper or solid mid range and can get into a position to dish out damage. I keep it. Sometimes it works out, other times not so much. It only becomes an issue if we bump into another squad in a CQC situation.

@DarthValtrex Thats fine and all, but he's an octane main...and as you know bullets naturally gravitate towards octanes mahussive head hitbox lol. 😛
So it makes me somewhat nervous knowing he's running around with 25 shield 8 minutes into a game rofl. 😛

Yes, you play with bots. They have zero ounce of common sense and don't know when/where to rotate. So I was in a Gold tier ranked match. We land in the salvage and I wipe one full squad. As we start to go from there, we hear two drop ships incoming. My one teammate(lifeline) decides that going to the furthest one near octane's gauntlet is ideal(really?) while the other one(rev) sticks with me on my journey to the market beacon. My 2nd teammate comes back hearing the sound of the gunfight as I finish the squad all by myself. Now as we are looting, the 3rd squad comes in. I make a portal behind a rock and then we manage to down one of them. The rest two escape with their own portal. I push the same squad inside the cave and down one again while my teammates feel it's best to stick around that used respawn beacon in the open(near the market) just in time for the 4th squad to come in. It was a clear sandwich but my teammates are blinded by their own low IQ and stupidity. Well, I died to the 4th squad cuz there was nothing I could do except being shot from two sides.
I was the kill leader with 6 kills. And it was gonna be a dub for sure if I didn't have such stupid teammates. I was so enraged for real. Next thing we know, these same idiots will reach platinum somehow. Rant over.
