Do not allow players with vastly different hit rates to meet.

A player with a hit rate of 20-30% can do it 100 times against an opponent with a hit rate of 50% or higher and not win a single game.
I have seen many such cases in mixtapes. Always only a few players score abnormally high, and they kill their opponents reliably with one magazine no matter how hard they move with precise aim as if they are using some tool 
They seem to just shoot close and shoot endlessly, and I've never seen them reduce their opponent's strength from a distance.

Please stop playing games that only entertain a few freaks.
