Does a legend's skin affect it's hitbox?

Have the Devs ever addressed this? Before making this topic I would have answered the same thing u guys said however, this is a pretty big myth amongst most of the big streamer's communities. Even one of the apex data miners was claiming this as facts yesterday which is what prompted my doubt (I figured he would have more info than a casual like me). We already have (kinda) "pay to win" weapon skins (R9, PK, Wingman), but it just wouldn't make sense to have them for legends as well. Btw and before I forget, thanks for all the input guys.
