Does anyone know what's happened to Singapore servers?

Can someone please tell me why I was getting 50 ping on Singapore servers a month and a bit ago, but now I never get below 130ms? What's going on with this server? Is it my PC, or is it a Respawn pro...

@BaldWraithSimp Yeah, it's really interesting. Also, what's with the constant packet loss on Singapore 1? One in every five games has packet loss, and in my opinion, you shouldn't be losing RP with an abundance of connection errors

@TomatoGun97 I couldn't really say. I play on GCE 2 mostly, with no packet loss for most parts.
