They don't really care about us that much. If they did they would fix packetloss and ping issues, balance the game more, add more content, make the in game currency actually worth something, cheaters, bugs and so on. But they instead decide to make microtransaction cosmetics that cost what? $150 $200 it's insane and obvious they don't care.
