Blocking 1 toxic player will not prevent another toxic player from getting into your team in the future, I don't think, EA, SONY, Microsoft, can detect such behaviours at the moment. So just mute them and play like it's most of the games anyway.

I'm really sorry that you had such an incident. But it happen to all of us. Few days back I jumped into casual game just to relax a bit from ranked I was paired with 2 low level randoms. They started to talk in Arabic and they are friends and both of them sounded like a 12-15 yr old at max. As a fellow Arab I was happy to hear Arabic. As we play on European servers it's rare to meet arabs. I didn't say anything it was nice to hear them discuss the game and how they liked it. We landed I started running for loot and pick up everything as everybody do. So one of them cursed a very bad word at me for being faster then him and taking everything. I couldn't take it so I opened the mic and told him can you be respectful as for anything and I will give it to you. They were surprised I understand them and proceeded to curse my mother and sister out of no where and without provoke. Which is very bad in our culture. Of course as a muture person almost 28 yr old I won't get Carried away with such childish acts. So I muted them until 5 mins later both died and left the game.

So this such stuff happens, such raise above the hate. Skilled player or bad player no one have the right to criticise anybody gameplay. Toxic people will always be their. But we have to be better than them.
