Done with Apex and gaming for sure

I’m not even a new player, that’s the crazy part, I’ve been here a long time but I’m not a “gamer” like that, I put in a lot of hours and my skill is still average or maybe even below who knows, time played clearly doesn’t mean anything here and the system don’t care, it’s just not fun anymore I can’t win fights I can barely react before I get lasered every match feels the same like I’m just there to get rolled and at some point you start feeling dumb like what am I even doing, and yeah I’ll say it I feel addicted to this **bleep** that loop got me but I’m done I’m quitting I can’t keep playing something that just frustrates me every time I load in, I bought an xbox in 2019 downloaded my first game ever and it was Apex in season 2 and I never even played another game before or after my whole life was basically without consoles until this, it was my first real game and it just burned me out completely so yeah I’m done probably selling the **bleep** PS5 too cause there’s no point keeping it if this is all I play, and honestly matchmaking just feels off like it says it matches similar skill but it clearly leans on stats that don’t reflect actual fights so you end up in lobbies that feel way above you, and then on top of that you still run into cheaters or suspicious players even if they are trying to ban them it’s not fast or consistent enough so it just adds to the frustration and makes the whole thing feel unfair overall
