Seer finally gets a serious nerf, but i think he'll still be a very solid legend. Bit disappointed there's no mention on the ranked situation or any future big changes.

@Cro_Pittt I believe it's a bit early for any Rank changes.

Most likely at the end of the season, hopefully they will come up with some new ways to better the ranking system

@Cro_Pittt horizon should get a nerf at least to her tac to make it 30 seconds , 90% of the teams will have a horizon in it that's a big sign that she is OP.
