Duplicate Heirloom set bug
I spent quite bit of money recently tried to get the knife for my wraith character, yet today when I opened up one of hundreds of apex packs I botught, I finally saw the red light coming out and I was so excited to see my heirloom knife set, bit guess what, I see the axe for blood hunt hopped out which happened to be the one I bought in iron crown event. My face was literally frozen for a bit, then I contacted the service team via online chat, and in the end I got the answer that is pretty much like nothing we can do for you, we feel sorry for you, but suck it up, you are just unlucky.
However, I believe that duplicate item which apex promised is not going to be in the apex packs, I already own the heirloom set for blood hunt, so this time when I got the heirloom set again from packs, I should be getting the knife. This is a bug or apex is breaking its promise.
I am so disappointed at the moment that I have to deal with the fact not only I spent about $500 for an existing item I have got, but also when I asked for help, all I get is we are sorry, bit nothing we can do. I feel like I am being lied to and I need to let people know this could happen to you as well.

Will Apex Packs contain duplicate cosmetics?
No. Cosmetic items you already own are not eligible drops when an Apex Pack is opened, so you’ll never receive duplicates of cosmetics you already own. Crafting Metals may always drop within a given rarity tier, regardless of how many you own. If you own all of the items of a given rarity tier, you’ll receive Crafting Metals of that rarity instead.
