Sidenote: I haven't spent any money on this game.
I'm Level 64 and throughout all the loot boxes I've opened, I haven't gotten any legendary weapon skins or character skins. Ive gotten a legendary banner and a finisher. Really all you get when you're high level is the Legend Tokens and the loot boxes become scarce. I don't have problem with the reduction of loot boxes if you could do more with the Tokens. I've bought both characters but thats it. I cant spend any acquired tokens because I haven't attained a legendary weapon or character skin, so buying a recolored legendary is impossible until I get something from the loot boxes but knowing my luck I won't. I think the recolor system is nice but I hate that you have to have the original legendary skin in order to buy it with tokens. So for the meantime im stuck with my tokens waiting for the new character.
So my suggestion is to add more outlets to spend your tokens. Conversion rates for crafting materials, or buyable loot boxes maybe 2.5k each.
I think its a harmless idea and it wouldn't hurt their revenue stream.
