@Aegis_Kleais I understand what you’re saying but same can be said as to a severe of punishment. Break a rule 1-3 years in prison or $20K? You get the same punishment for beating someone up...
A good punishment should be just and strict, but it should be customized. For someone not invested in Apex at all an IP punishment for a set period will be nothing, but for an individual who spends hours upon hours of playing it will make them think twice. Catch my drift?
TOKYO DRIFT! Ha haha ha!!! Need for Speed!!!

@Koochi-QOkay..to harsh?! Then allow me to beat up cheaters! There never has been one that will agree to meet me though.
Allow cheaters to be legally beat down. Like a purge.
- Aegis_Kleais6 years agoRising Hotshot@GRiPSViGiL I've heard horror stories from some overseas Internet Cafes where the people caught a cheater in an online game that they were all playing, and, well, suffice it to say, it did not end well for the cheater.
Society will tell us we're wrong for wanting that kind of justice. Society wants the law abiding to just absorb the loss. It's not designed to protect the innocent or punish those who deserve it. Kinda like an under-funded police station in a high-crime area. Hooray for playing by the book, right?
But the "purge" comment. I kinda chuckled at that. Lemme know if you run for office. You got my vote, lol.- 6 years ago
Sorry, paying for games NEVER lowered the number of cheaters.
There are cheaters everywhere, even in games that are dead with next to no population.
if anything, cheating increases with a game’s popularity. And Apex is popular enough.
if you want to pay for a game, you’ll just help executives make more money. Because you better believe it isn’t going to the developers. And no, you won’t put a dent in cheating. That’s something Epic should realize keeps people away from their game, even if it is for free, and they should do something about it, like ISP bans.

If people are banned, they have to create a new account, then pay for the game over, each time they are banned, why isn't this going to have any effect on cheating?
I'm not sure why someone would want to pay over and over for a game, each time they are caught...
hmm
- 6 years ago@GRiPSViGiL How about you have to provide your full identity before playing a game? So if you are caught cheating, devs will know who you are and then ban you from their respective games. Like you can't even buy a new PC to play cuz you have to authenticate your identity.
