Banned EA Account from Apex a month ago, the innocence is mixed and is a 50/50. Does EA find it fair?I was playing bronze with the absolutely new people imaginable , i landed at a reasonable spot at kings canyon and they abandoned me, 7 seconds later i had to fight a whole squad while they were 30 km away from me , and i went ' WHY THE F'''' ARE YOU R''''''' ABANDONING ME? , So apparently it counts as toxicity because r word, I had one punishment before that was minor, during the start of season 10 i said 'S!!t seer' and that's it , Is it fair to ban an user on the second thing? Am i even able to appeal this? Am i even going to be able to play apex again?

You had two actions taken against your account already, one being an actual suspension. Throwing around buzzwords that their automatic system detects while already having actions taken against your account, especially them being within the same year, is a death sentence for your account.(I think they should do chat bans first though) Maybe create a new account or you might be able to have them revert it( doubtful if it wasn't a mistake) As a former league player I understand the frustration of teammates, but getting yourself in trouble doesn't really do anything to those that you are angry at.

You had two actions taken against your account already, one being an actual suspension. Throwing around buzzwords that their automatic system detects while already having actions taken against your account, especially them being within the same year, is a death sentence for your account.(I think they should do chat bans first though) Maybe create a new account or you might be able to have them revert it( doubtful if it wasn't a mistake) As a former league player I understand the frustration of teammates, but getting yourself in trouble doesn't really do anything to those that you are angry at.

All EA rules and management based on discrimination and double standard.

@pcbreakman Well, you don't seem to be learning anything from your past incidents, so yes, it seems fair, imo. If you cant contain your anger/language, it might be best to keep your mic muted, or open a private party chat so that you are not heard by your team mates. Your walls might not report you, but other players sure will

@xXCA_RageXx EA Saw me guilty because yes i swore at my teammates, Appeal didnt work out , it seemed for me like if they didnt even try to bother seeing anything, but i generally feel like a kid who got shot by a 12 gauge right between the eyes for saying the f word. I guess i wont be getting back to apex.

@pcbreakman Trust me, I understand the frustration. I would be upset if I couldn't play the game that I really want to play, but let's be honest here, this was a self-inflicted wound. Just try to control your emotions in the future, and hopefully you can move past this and come back to Apex at some point once the ban is lifted, or you make a new account.

I believe you can appeal a ban up to 3 times? I could be mistaken, but I think that is what I've heard. You could always try another appeal via the link below, if you haven't already. No one on this forum is part of the ToS team that handles all account bans/suspensions, so your only option is to submit an email, and wait for response. I have read that a different human looks at each successive appeal, to see if something was missed by the previous person. Best of luck to you!
