I have linked my EA account to my xbox and steam. However, when I load steam it shows as a brand new account vs when I load on xbox it shows as my level ~350 account. Any help would be greatly appreciated or let me know what other information I can provide.
trat1107 Your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account level, so if you are seeing two different game progress, then that would mean that one of your platform accounts is linked to the wrong EA Account.
In this case, your Steam Account, (the one with the brand new account), is the one that's linked to the wrong EA Account, so all you would need to do is to link Steam to the same EA Account as your level ~350 Xbox Account.
Note: Do NOT unlink the Xbox Account since its linked to the EA Account that has your Apex progress, as by unlinking it could cause issues with accessing that progress.
