Arena challenges not progressing. When I contacted support I got an answer basically saying, it’s not a known issue so sorry not sorry. They denied a refund even though I wont be able to unlock all of my paid battle pass items (since half of my challenges are unachievable)
There are many post on Reddit of players with the same issue. So I know it’s not just me.
I feel like EA just straight up stole my money.
@GOTCHA_PWNFinished the BP and all of the events (except the last week of dark depths) by literally only playing 3 games of arenas. Also, this week you get 2x the stars.
Exactly this. I didn’t start this season until there was only a little over 3 weeks left. But I looked at all the challenges and did some quick math and knew that would be just enough time. But this would require at least doing 99% of the 10 star challenge. But when half of them stop progressing completely it makes it require a lot more time, if even possible at all.
And to the post above that mentions double stars, it’s double XP not double stars. So instead of getting .75-1 star per full match you’re getting 1.5-2. But challenges and treasure packs are still worth the same amount of stars.
The real problem here is the response from EA. The “sorry not sorry” copy paste response is terrible customer service. I’ve been playing for years and bought the BP most seasons. If they don’t make it right for me, it just wouldn’t be smart to give them the chance to do it again.
