This is no way to report player in battle royal mode. EA has cancelled the option to report plyer in order to protect cheaters. This is so disgusting. EA does nothing to prevent cheaters but also cancelling report function so they are preferring and encourage players to cheat.
Reporting should still work, though there are indeed some issues with it.
In some cases the "Press [button] to report" visual doesn't show up, though it should still work if you press/hold the button.
In some rarer cases the game might crash when reporting someone, from what I've heard this might be a bug, repairing the game files could help prevent this.

i really believe its like i initially said : maybe they have a quota on reports, if you used your quota , youre not able to report ...

This isn't quite correct. There is no quota or limit on reports, nor have we removed the option to do so.

If you're not seeing the option to report or it's not allowing you to submit a report in-game, that would be a bug we'll want to look into further. In that case please feel free to create a bug report so we can gather some additional info to investigate further.
If you're unable to use the in-game option for whatever reason, you can also report here using a webform to make sure those reports aren't misssed in the meantime, thanks!
@EA_Makoremains the question why it shows up when it feels like showing up , and why it only occurs with some people even after reinstalling and repair. the option to report my own mates is working fine. you have to admit that if something like this happens, it kinda looks like its on purpose.
And id rather report that new cheat with the phoenix kit somewhere, but it seems the reporting form on that EAC website is gone ☹️
