@BaldWraithSimp Octanes pick rate is high isnt it? Why then would he get a buff?
And I'm not arguing he doesnt need it but generally the characters get changed based on pick rate. So many selfish loot goblins love to use him even tho he isnt that good.

@hayhor His pick rate has probably gone up because the devs have confirmed his buff, and so people want to get good with him now so that they’re even better when he gets that buff.
- @Sir_Named I'm fairly certain his pick rate went up when path main loot goblins couldnt grapple way ahead so they went to him.
