Easy cheat reaction time / SLA?

I am constantly spectating and reporting people who are or might (with high probability) hack. I did that in-game from day one, then I learned about the https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/contact/report/ page and started even making reports there as well.

Yet I am not sure how efficient this process is given it takes quite some time for me to create a video recording, upload, submit a report but is it worth it?

Could you share some metrics / KPI how fast Easy cheat should react and make a decision on reported cases? As at the moment, I am starting to get a feeling it is pointless given there are probably thousands of reports which someone has to review and it is just an uphill battle...

It would be also great if a confirmation/decision info would be sent to indicated e-mail (given otherwise there is no real point for me to provide it in the first place) so I know that:

a) report was reviewed

b) hacker was banned or my report was overturned => I need to be more precise with reporting in future
