Empty lobbies ? chinese bot and hacker only in game ? please some 1 help

Same happening to me and 1 of my friends i can play normally with other account but not this 1 when i get in queue its always like 3 player in lobby then suddenly i find my with same 2 chinese bots t...

@IcepotatoV Can you DM me your friend's accountname, or have them post on the thread?

For everyone affected, when did this start for you, and did anything notable happen on the match before it happened?

Also can I check/confirm that this only affects the one account? If you try another account on the system can that find a normal match?

@Jabsiwoon We don't have Turkish support on AHQ so I'll ask you to post in English. If you just want to add your account as a "me too" to the issue that's fine.

EDIT 9-7-2019 4:51CEST:

*Reinstalling the game doesn't fix it

*Resetting router doesn't fix it

*Other accounts on the same system DO connect to matches the way it should

      @EA_DavidThank you for replying to one of the threads discussing this issue. I had a break for a couple of weeks before S2 launched, and it was like this when I came back for S2. The only thing I can remember that I last did was join and leave a few games to test performance on the drop for my stream (I was having performance issues with the drop after a previous patch, 1.2 I think) My experience is the exact same as the Youtube video linked in post #8

      I was secretly hoping the update today will fix the issue but it didn’t.

      i think all it did was ban the spammers and hackers that would normally queue up.

      Now When i queue for a normal match, it just keeps queuing bc not enough players.

        @chicagoFPSSame. Just tried it and the problem is still there. This is so frustrating, and I'm now stuck in limbo where support can do nothing, and there isn't actually any ban on my account to appeal. It sucks, I have done nothing wrong and there is nobody to contact about the problem. This whole experience has soured me on a game that I loved and played a lot. It's no way to treat a player like myself. The Season 2 Battle Pass is a bust too, no way I am going to be able to rank that up now.

    What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Winning

    How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Many, over ten at least.
    When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 07.07.2019 23:00 ish (GMT+1)
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

    What happens when the bug occurs? Can't join ranked, being stuck in queue. Normal games is not like it used to, games lasts 20 secs~ and only 2-3 squads.
    What should be happening instead? Apex being normal
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know....

    In the video, 1st clip is me winning, and I believe the two on my teams are cheaters. 

    After that, I haven't been able to play Apex since. 

    2nd clip shows me queuing for normal game(s). All my normal games are like that.... 

    3rd clip is me being in Ranked queue for 2 hours and 15 mins, sped up by 500%.

    What I've done to fix:
    Reinstalling
    Tried on different PC / Internet
    Repairing
    Run as admin
    Queue with a friend

    I've made another account to see if it's hardware related or account - I am able to play fine on my 2nd account, instant queue, full squads etc. 
    I'm currently level 3 so haven't tested in Ranked, but I assume it's gonna work there too.

    I honestly don't know what to do to fix this.

    For some reason, it's putting me in lobbies with Chinese bot spammers or something. I end up being the only person in-game and getting the W as everyone has disconnected.

    I have already contacted EA support and followed whatever troubleshooting methods they recommended but this fixed nothing. 

    I'm scared that my account has been hacked or something. 

    Any help to fix this?

    @PhazurR lol looks like they spamming the chats also, seem like chinese cheaters try to ruuined this game

    I got queued into 2hackers in ranked game and after the game I cant queue for any rank game or normal game. When I queued into a normal game, the game put me into a match with 2 chinese bot that promoted their hack website and leave the game after picking Legend, for rank game always say 5 people queuing and it stucked forever, been 2 weeks and I couldnt play any game of apex anyone know to fix it? I thought I got IP hack but no I tried to login into my friend account on my PC and its worked normally only my account that got problems.

    I did Contact EA but they said they couldnt fix it

        I didnt used any cheat I was queuing solo I got into a team with 2 chinese hackers

    Hello,

    So I have a problem with my account that no one seems to know how to fix it. I've been in a support channel 8+ times and tried everything LITERARLLY EVERYTHING and it still doesnt work. I even contacted a higher staff member [Leticia] who played on my account and said it was broken and even he/she COULDN'T FIX IT. My problem is that when I press the ready button it always takes like 5 minutes to join me into the match and says there is only like 3-5 people in the queue. When it joins me into the match im always in the team with a bot who types chinese symbols. After the match starts with only me and the bot in the game, the bot leaves and I instantly win. Leticia told me to post it here but I dont think this will help when literarly the higher stuff member couldn't do anything. So yea if anyone have an idea or a higher stuff member see this, reply. 

    Please help me with this problem
