Enemy names & spectating

@dSKyNafinchin I solo q'd most of my games and I do spectate and check who killed me. I check to see what badges they have (masters, preds, 20 bombs, 4K...etc.) and compare that to my TM's (level 24, 28). I used to not spectate, but then one day I started spectating, and noticed people using obvious aimbot on fresh new accounts. Now I always check who I died to, and if they're low level, I'll spectate to see if they're cheating or smurfing. I report them if they are, although that doesn't seem to do anything. I don't get any emails regarding any actions being taken on these cheaters or smurfs.
