Failed Anti-cheat integrity check

Hi,

So I have been having issues with my apex legends for two months now where it kicks me from games and then gives me the "failed anti cheat integrity check" error. I have tried everything I can find on this forum as well as checking other sites such as the apex legends subreddit but nothing has helped, I also do not have rewasd as this laptop was given to me by my partner after they purchased their new laptop and I do not play with a controller. I am not sure what to do but it is getting really frustrating and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apex legends and easy anti cheat, the only other game that I have that uses easy anti cheat is elden ring but this issue was not a problem last season. 

If someone could help me I would appreciate it.

    @lanapaps Hey there, this would be a little troubling. The reason Elden Rings EAC would not produce the same results is because its a completely different game. That looks for specific cheats built for those games so it would not pick up apex issues on that side of EAC.

    If you have repaired game files, checked the EAC forums to see if others also are experiencing this then there has to be something on that computer that is indeed triggering the EAC system. Either justified detection or mistaken detection.

    But, without knowing what all is on that computer its virtually impossible to track that down from a player standpoint helping another player. Have you wiped the computer fresh? To ensure there is no unwanted or unused programs on the system that may be triggering it?

    Hi, 

    So I have tried everything suggested on the forums including deleting the game and reinstalling it, deleting EAC and reinstalling it, repairing both apex and EAC but nothing, I have also tried setting my frames to max at 60fps but still nothing, some days it doesnt kick me at all but days like today it has kicked me from like 4 games already in the span of an hour. And when my boyfriend gave me this laptop he had completely factory reset it so im not sure at all what could be triggering the anti cheat to be kicking me for integrity check ):

    I also had found that someone suggested to not open it through the apex shortcut and only open it through the EA launcher and I thought it had been working but as I mentioned today it didnt work and it has non-stop been kicking me from the game.
